Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized, luxury experience. We kindly ask that you respect our time and policies as we respect yours. • 48-Hour Notice Required We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within less than 48 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service and forfeit deposit. • Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows Clients who cancel the same day or do not show up for their appointment will be charged a 30% fee of the scheduled service. • Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. • Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the 30% cancellation fee.
